Wedding Weekend

This past weekend we traveled to Decorah for James' cousin's wedding. James was in the wedding, so he had to be there for the rehearsal on Friday. He left Friday morning for Decorah, so Papa and I decided to take the kids to the homecoming parade in Sheffield. The babies had so much fun. They all love to be outside, and were perfect little angels!

Saturday morning we got up, and got the babies bathed, changed, and fed before we hit the road. They all looked so adorable for the wedding in their new outfits! The girls even had a black and gold hair bow that I made them since we couldn't watch the big Iowa vs. Iowa State game.

It was so great to see all of James' family at the wedding. Many of his aunts, uncles, and cousins had never met the babies before. The babies did so well in church and at the reception. Especially since they really didn't have much of a nap. James comes from a very large family (his dad has 17 brothers and sisters), so the babies were entertained the entire time by someone!

Here are some pictures from the day....

Group shot with Great-Grandma Dotzler. I don't know how in the world she raised 18 kids!!!!

Miss Emme also got her first tooth this weekend(one on the bottom)!!!! I was beginning to think the poor girl was never going to get teeth! Brady got a top tooth this weekend too! Must be something about going to Nana and Papa's house. The last time we were there, Max and Sophie both got new teeth! :)
